Friday 18th – marathon running workshop No.3

Hello again, well, this Friday we are focusing on minimising stress by learning to relax properly. There will be some gentle pleasant hypnosis in this one, after all what could be more relaxing than hypnosis? Its the next best thing to sleep but we make use of the time with some positive help to make you better at relaxing during your day, your night, and while you run. I will actually teach you how to do this yourself. It is invaluable, especially since I include some great visualisation.

My workshops are about discussing what you want and giving you the tools and techniques to do it in a variety of relaxing, yet mind stimulating and motivating ways. We have already covered motivational goal setting and maximising the use of your energy. Next Friday, the 25th, we will cover managing pain (a really helpful one to get any injury healed faster)

In February workshops will be run for only 2 people at a time so get your buddy involved, book and do one together. It will be personalised to you both.
