Managing food and training over Christmas

December 23, 2012

Festive foodI have just linked up with Runners World on Twitter and there is a good blog here on good lighter foods to eat over Christmas and what to do after if you have overdone it.

Please note that it says here that the average UK person will eat around 4,000 calories on Christmas Day.

I think that last post must have come from that obese town in the US. Calories or not, weight worries or not, I just couldn’t resist putting in the nice festive food photo!
