Here’s a bit about Christmas calories

December 20, 2012

Yes, I found a blog that says 7000 calories are consumed by the average person on Christmas Day!!! I can’t believe it!

No wonder you end up feeling over stuffed and everyone is thinking about diets for their New Year resolutions!

I wanted to reblog it here but it went to my general blog.

As I say – you either eat it all and go run it off, or cut back to smaller portions and sit around looking at it all.  Better still, learn to say ‘No, thank you’ more often. 🙂 That’s an integral part of my weight loss program which I wasn’t going to mention on this blog because people here are running their weight off, and good for them!  When you are exercising off the calories you can be well pleased with the results.
