Marathon workshops
Yes, I am running small workshops on Friday evenings, 5.30 to 7pm, at the Citypoint Club in Moorgate, London. These are for marathon competitors, or any runners or wheelies, to increase their mental approach and chances of success.
Jan 4 – Motivation to train. The why, what, and how of where you are right now. We look at what needs to be better and how you can achieve this mentally, physically and emotionally to get you firing on all cylinders over the next 3 months and then for the rest of 2013.
Jan 11 – Maximise your energy. Your energy is more important to you than you might think. This workshop will explore just where your energy is and get it flowing well for you. Tonight you will learn very simple exercises to increase energy, strength and productivity.
Jan 18 – Learn to relax and sleep. When you relax you run better, the miles pass on by and consistency happens. What you learn tonight will help you fit your life together. It is a calming tool for life.
Jan 25 – Managing pain. When you run marathons injuries and pain often plague you and prevent you training or competing. Your coach will help you avoid these but what do you do if you get pain while running? How can you keep going? How can you encourage an injury to repair. There are ways. Learn them tonight.
These will be full on classes with personal attention and may continue until 7.30pm as we get through alot of content. Attend one, any, or all of them.
I have limited room for participants and so booking is essential. There is a charge of £50 per person for the 2 hours, but mention my blog and get £10 off. Phone 07962 811907 (UK)
